About the Nonprofit

Krusherz Fast Pitch Softball
Krusherz Fast Pitch Softball, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in October of 2006 as a community organization dedicated to assisting young female softball athletes. Its primary goal is to train and nurture young ladies in a fun and competitive, goal-oriented softball program that promotes citizenship, sportsmanship, leadership, and good moral conduct.
The Krusherz were officially co-founded by Dr. Robert Faison and Ray Szelest. Faison and Szelest shared the same goal, which was to help their daughters achieve the next level of competitive softball, commonly referred to as “travel ball”. They put their ideas together and created two girls’ softball teams, laying the groundwork for the entire Krusherz enterprise. Today, that organization consists of six separate teams and a roster of over 100 players.
All proceeds of the Tampa Bay Golf Scramble will benefit Krusherz Fast Pitch Softball and the young athletes that it was founded to encourage, support, and serve.
