Club Rules

Refunds and Raincheck Policy

  • Rain does not constitute cancellation of a golf event unless the Club officially closes. The Director of Golf and/or the Head Golf Professional are the only people authorized to officially close the Club.
  • In the event of rain: a full refund will be given if the group completes fewer than 5 holes.
  • A 9-hole refund will be given if fewer than 12 holes are completed.
  • Food and drink costs will not be cancelled or refunded in the event of rain. Food will be prepared and served as soon as possible following any golf cancellation.

Food and Drink

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted on the premises. You may purchase beverages during golf and dinner.
  • Coolers are not permitted.

Attire

  • Proper golf attire is required at all times for all players, guests, and volunteers. Proper attire includes: collared shirts, long pants or walking shorts.
  • Unacceptable attire includes T-shirts, tank tops, athletic shorts, cut-off’s or jeans.
  • Metal spikes are not allowed at the Club. Golf Shoes may be re-spiked at an additional charge.
  • All players, guests, and/or volunteers at the event shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Club in effect at the time of the event.
